Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original Rosefield gift box and mailer, ensuring all original documentation is included inside the package.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
