What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Are Rosefield watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance rating of 3 ATM, meaning they are resistant to light rain and splashes. We recommend removing your watch before showering or swimming.

Can I adjust the size of my watch strap?
Yes, our mesh and link bracelets are adjustable. Mesh straps can be adjusted manually using a small tool, while link bracelets may require a watch repair shop for pin removal.
